Find me on:

In a time when selfies rule the world, we’ve decided to bring you our favorite photography products for this month’s edition of consumer tech.

Polaroid Zip

zipI don’t know about you, but I get really excited every time I see a photo booth and have to jump inside. There’s something excited about getting those tiny pictures printed almost instantaneously. Enter the Polaroid Zip. The nostalgic camera brand has done it again. With a printer the size of your phone, you can print photos instantly using Bluetooth or NFC technology. Within a minute, you receive a 2 x 3” photograph to keep or hand to the person next to you. An added bonus: you can peel the back off and the photo becomes a sticker. You don’t need to worry about ink cartridges either. The Polaroid Zip retails at $129.99 and comes in black, blue, red, or white.

Re Camera

gsmarena_002The Re Camera is a little camera that can fit in your hand and instantly stream to your mobile devices and onto your social networks via the Re app. HTC’s camera is equipped with one button and is waterproof up to one meter. The wide angle lens also allows you to leave behind a viewfinder. The Re Camera also has many attachments to fit your everyday needs or your extreme needs like white water rafting. The Re Camera comes in white, orange, blue, or teal and retails at $199.

Lumu Light Meter

3618-1280To take a quality photo, you must have accurate exposure. The Lumu is a light meter for your phone. It’s simple to use. All you have to do is plug it into your phone, measure the lighting, and set your camera to shoot. The Lumu also comes with a Lumubag and Lumuneck to make protection and transportation easier. Lumu does not have a battery and does not need to be charged- its power comes from sound. The Lumu comes in black or white and retails at $149.
