Call it a comeback. While BlackBerry lost 95% of its value from 2008-2014, the company is attempting to make 2015 their comeback year. We know our CEO will love this update. BlackBerry Classic BlackBerry has launched the new BlackBerry Classic. Instead of following the rest of the mobile market, BlackBerry brought back its old design that's usable and sturdy. With a battery life of 22 hours, 16GB of storage, and an 8MP camera, Blackberry lovers have no question it will be great. Just like the old BlackBerry you knew and loved, it has a fully functioning keyboard and optical track pad to navigate through the menu. It does feature a touch screen, for those of you that have transitioned to the touch screen century. BlackBerry® Hub compacts all your emails, texts, BBMs™, phone calls, social media, and more in one place for easy viewing. Other new and fresh features include BlackBerry® Assistant, which allows you to manage everything on your phone with voice and text commands. When connected to Bluetooth®, it knows you cannot look at the screen freely, so it will interact with you while your eyes and hands are free. Another cool new feature is BBM™ Video, allowing you to see who you're talking to for a more natural feel. Access your messages and other content on any device with BlackBerry® Blend. No need for a VPN!
Ford Sync featuring BlackBerry Ford Sync has dropped Microsoft to replace it with BlackBerry's QNX software. BlackBerry’s QNX software is said to be less expensive compared to Microsoft and is currently being used in Volkswagen and BMW cars. A quick peek at the new software shows it is much quicker and easier to navigate. The new and improved Ford Sync with QNX will also have better voice recognition and support Wi-Fi. When you're parked at home, you can connect to Wi-Fi to update the system. The screen will work much like a tablet, allowing you to swipe in any direction and pinch to zoom. It even features larger fonts! The new system will be called Uconnect. It's expected to be released late next year.
